For now the second year in a row (as of May 2010) we have been approved by the Lockheed Martin Aerospace Company to continue as the approved Australian Supplier for Lockheed for the provision of Anodising, Alodine, Non Destructive Testing, and Specialised Spray Painting Services. We are the only Australian Processing facility to achieve this prestigous approval.  In addition we have flown through our NADCAP reaccreditation audit and have extended our NADCAP approvals to include our Nicocover process (ENP)

NADCAP approvals include the following services:

 

-         Non Destructive Testing – Liquid Dye Penetrant – Level 3 Sensitivity

-         Thin Film Sulphuric Acid Anodising

-      Clear, Colour and Hard Anodising

-         Chemical Film Processing (Alodine)

-         Prime and Paint including Fuel Tank Coatings.

-      Electroless Nickel Plating - Nicocover

-      Stainless Steel Passivation
