Hard Anodizing is a surface treatment that can only be applied to Aluminium. It creates a super hard surface of approximately 60 Rockwell C depending on the grade of Aluminium. The applications in which this process can be used is endless.
We currently Hard Anodize Pulleys, Printing Rollers, Brake Callipers, Printing Mandrels, Aircraft Components, Engineering Components, Actuator Pistons, Forming Blades, Couplings, Suspension components and many other types of components for a wide range of industries.
Hard anodizing gives you the option to manufacture components from aluminium, instead of more heavy conventional materials. A light weight Hard Anodized aluminium component can excel with it's superior wear, low coefficient of friction and corrosion resistance properties.
